I had to exchange my order for a different one, and while it did get sorted in the end, I remember feeling a little frustrated waiting for replies. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but the back-and-forth felt slower than I hoped, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Once they responded, the exchange went through fine. Overall, it worked out, but it wasn’t the smoothest process.

I ordered a pair of glasses from visionmarketplace.com, and to be fair, the photos were spot on. The color and shape looked the same in person, so there weren’t any weird surprises when they arrived. I’m knocking off a star because I did have to follow up once, but overall it was painless.

I figured I’d be waiting around forever, but they replied really quickly and got my issue sorted out fast. Super helpful support and way easier than I expected.

The tracking updates came through, clearly, and I always had a decent idea of where my order was. Delivery did take a bit, but overall, it was fine.

I was mostly worried about night glare because driving after dark is annoying, and also fingerprints because I’m always touching my glasses without thinking. Both are definitely better. Not magically perfect or anything, they still get smudgy here and there, but they wipe clean way easier than my old pair.

Shipping was just normal, not super quick, not slow enough to complain about either. The case was basic too, but I don’t really care that much since I bought them for the lenses. I’ve been wearing them every day for a few weeks now, bouncing between work, errands, and just tossing them on my desk, and no scratches yet. I’d give them 4 stars.

There were a lot of nice frames to choose from, which was great, but I did spend a while looking around. Maybe I just wasn’t using the filters right, but I felt like they could’ve been a little clearer

I tried the code not really expecting much, but it worked right away and ended up saving me a decent amount on my lenses. Happy with it overall.
